Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.00
- Flat rate shipping available at checkout for all other orders
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Packaging All jewelry is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Each piece is inspected before shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier or postal service first, then reach out to us at clientcare@byjessandco.com.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
